While you wait for us
- Shut off the main water valve (usually where the water line enters your home, or near the meter).
- If water is near outlets, appliances or your electrical panel, do not wade through standing water. Turn off power only if you can reach the panel safely, otherwise stay clear.
- Move furniture, rugs and valuables out of the water's path.
- Take photos and video of the damage for your insurance claim.
- For frozen pipes, do not use an open flame. Open the faucet slightly and call us.
